Urban George Kubat

March 5, 1916 — November 7, 2009

Urban George Kubat was stationed in Panama during World War II and was the leading pigeoneer, he also was the Head Grounds Keeper at Good Samaritan Hospital and also for lewis and Clark College. Urban is survived by one stepdaughter Vera Mehrtens, one stepson; Marvin Callaway, by 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Thursday Nov. 12, 2009 fron 12 noon to 4pm. Funeral services will be on Friday Nov. 13, 2009 at 11:00 am both at Peake Funeral Chapel. Concluding services and interment will be at Gethsemani Catholic Cemetery in Happy Valley, OR."",
