Lacey, Washington resident, Stephanie Lynn Day, died September 13, 2016 at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle. She was 33.
Stephanie was born on the 4th of July in 1983. She worked for Community Youth Services in Olympia, WA and was near completion of her Masters in Counseling from St. Martin's University.
She is survived by her parents, Randy and Dana Day; her brother, Derek; her grandmother, Dorothy Watson; her aunts, Dorcie Mullin, Lisa Cox, Lea Day, Dusti St. Clair; her uncle, Pat Mullin and numerous cousins.
Stephanie was the third generation to attend St. John The Baptist Catholic Grade School. She attributed her love of learning to her 6th grade teacher, Joy Rich. She was one of the first St. John girl altar servers and left St. John's with a strong faith, going on to become involved with college campus ministry.
