Rose Ann Fitchett

November 7, 1947 — September 2, 2024

My mom was a kind soul, she always made time for someone no matter how busy she was. She had a sense of humor and could make you laugh. She would always listen and made you feel loved. I remember when I was a teenager our house was the hangout. If someone needed a place to stay, mom would always have a place for them. She would always listen to what every challenge, big or small. I believe my mom told me there were a total of 16 kids that came through our home. She has a place in her heart for each of them. She always made time for those who needed someone to listen, she treated every kid as they were her own.

She was always there for me no matter what the circumstances were, good or bad.

She was strong on her faith . I/we will miss her very much. Love you mom!

Broken Chain

We little knew that morning, that God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you
You did not go alone;
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories,
Your love is still our guide;
And though we cannot see, you always at our side.
Our family chain is broken
And nothing seems the same;
But God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
