Ron Gunnarson, 62 Ronald Lloyd Gunnarson, 62, of Oregon City, died suddenly on December 28, 2009, at Willamette Falls Hospital. A service will be at 11 am Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, 720 Jefferson St, Oregon City, OR. Pastor Lou Schneider will officiate. Ron was born October 26, 1947, in Oil City, PA to Ernest and Freda Gunnarson. He attended Oil City High School in Oil City, PA and later served in the United States Marine Corps. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He continued his education at Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, OK, graduating in 1973. He enjoyed football, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his beloved wife and family. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Gunnarson; mother,Freda Gunnarson; his sister, Marsha Lewandowski; his daughter, Tammy Turner; sons, Jeff Gunnarson, Eric Gunnarson and Chris Gunnarson; son-in-law, Kenneth Turner; daughters-in-law, Melissa Gunnarson and Traci Gunnarson; and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Gunnarson. Arrangements are with Peake Funeral Home."",
