Philip R. Hendrie

Phil Hendrie of Milwaukie, OR died at age 87 in Providence Medical Center after a serious illness.\u0026nbsp; He is survived by his wife Marilyn, two sons James and David, daughter-in law Rachel, grandson Ayden and step children Kathryn, and her son Steven, Kenneth \u0026amp; Lisa Daily. He was born in Vancouver, BC and adopted by Raymond and Margaret Hendrie at age 5.\u0026nbsp; Phil attended Duniway grade school, St. Paul high school and graduated from Washington High School in 1949.\u0026nbsp; He was an avid cook, gardener and golfer and worked for several years as a player assistant at Stone Creek Golf Course. A celebration of his life will be held at Stone Creek Golf Course\u0026nbsp;July 19th at 11:30 a.m.\u0026nbsp; Private Interment will be\u0026nbsp; on\u0026nbsp;July 23rd\u0026nbsp;at Willamette National Cemetary.\u0026nbsp; Phil served for a time in the RCAF and in the USMC in Korea in the 1950s.
