Patricia Sue O'Leary

Patricia was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Harold G. and Alta Mae (Duggan) Webb. The family moved to Oregon when she was a child.
In 1956, Pat married Eugene Falkenstein and together they raised two daughters - Karen Walsh (Daniel) and Linda Knapp (Patrick). Gene passed away in 1978. She later married Dennis L. O'Leary in 1986. They were married over 24 years until he passed away in December 2010. Pat lived most of her life in the Milwaukie area as a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws; step-son, Timothy O'Leary; brother, Michael Rogers and his family; four grandchildren, Kelsey Skinner (Andrew), Kirsten Creek (Tyler), Richard Knapp and Julie Knapp (Liam); five great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Frank Rogers; and sister, Erica Morgan.
A special thanks to Ivy Court Senior Living and Signature Hospice for providing care and comfort to her during her final days.
