Born Patricia Ann Leverett on April 12, 1949 in Bend, Oregon, she was one of four daughters of Vernon and Martha Leverett. They were long time residents of Milwaukie, Oregon. She attended Clackamas High School graduating in 1967. She married in 1968 and raised two children. She was a very successful Tupperware Manager doing home parties for twenty-one years. Following her career with Tupperware, she was the office manager at Western States Chiropractic College for over 5 years. She loved to travel with her husband to Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and her favorite was a 5 country trip to Europe in 2000. They took the train from England through France, Switzerland, and Austria into Germany. When Pat passed away she was struggling with Dementia, Early on set of Alzheimer\u0027s Disease, and diabetes. She is survived by her husband Regan Hohnstein of Milwaukie, a son Ryan Hohnstein of Milwaukie, and a daughter Kristi Wiard of Depot Bay,OR. She also leaves one grandson Jordan Walters of Buckley,WA, her mother Martha Leverett of Bend,OR, and 3 sisters : Pamela Leverett of Milwaukie, Barbara Van Alstine of Battle Ground,WA and Lynne Newhouse of Oregon City,OR. Pat passed at home in Milwaukie at age 59 and will be laid to rest in the Pioneer Cemetery in Mosier, Oregon."",
