Mary Katharine Petska Jan. 6, 1923 Sept. 30, 2015 Mary was born Jan. 6, 1923, in Burwell, Nebraska, to Harry and Hannah (Boyle) Conrad. She taught school in a one room school house as a young lady. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, LaVern. She is survived by five daughters and seven grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, Oct. 5, 2015, at 11:00 am, at Ascension Catholic Church, 743 SE 76th Avenue, Portland, Oregon. Private interment was held at Willamette National Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Alzheimer\u0027s Research in her memory."",
