Mario is survived by, Mario Ortiz Jr Jeff Ortiz, Michael Ortiz deceased, and daughter Susana Longsinger. He was married to Maria Ines Olivera-Ortiz, He leaves sisters, Elida Ortiz Long, Elia Ortiz Arellano, and brothers, Juan Flores Ortiz, Baltazar Flores Ortiz, David Flores Ortiz, Rubin Flores Ortiz.; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
