Services have been held for Lawrence Milton Fields who passed away June 11, 2008 of Natural Causes at age 90. Lawrence was born November 23, 1917 in Portland. A lifetime resident of Portland, Graduating from Benson High School in 1934. On June 18, 1937 he married his wife of 70 years, Peggy DeBauw. He worked as a Bakery Manager for 42 years at Ruth Ashbrook Bakery. He has been retired for nearly 30 years. He is Lovingly survived by his Wife Peggy, 3 Sons : Stephen Fields, Daniel Fields, and Richard Fields. He is preceded in death by his Son James Fields. He was a Grandfather to 4, and a Great- Grandfather to 2. Family requests memorial contributions to be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Milwaukie, Oregon"",
