Laura Susan Proctor was born May 22, 1950 in Hicksville, New York to Clarence and Jessie Stork. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family on August 15, 2016.
She married Rick Proctor on July 22, 1989; he preceded her in death in 2010. Laura worked in Grain Accounting for Pacificor, LLC in Portland, OR. She was a member of the Elks Lodge.
Laura is survived by her sons, David Sisson and wife, Tanya and James Sisson; and four grandchildren, Andrew Sisson, Dillon Sisson, Jason Sisson and Dominique Sisson.
