Joseph ""Joe"" John Cereghino, Sr.

Joe Cereghino passed away peacefully April 24, 2016 surrounded by family. Born September 19, 1918 to Giovanni (John) and Mary Cereghino. Joe was born and lived his whole life on the Lake Road farm his father started in 1908. Joe and brother Louie continued farming the land throughout their lifetime. The produce farm still exists today being farmed by 3rd generation sons Joey and Eddie, this made Joe very proud. Joe's whole life was devoted to the love of his family and farming. Many lasting family memories were created on the family farm for all future generations.

Joe was a lifelong Milwaukie resident and graduated from Milwaukie High School; excelling in 2 sports, football and wrestling.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marian; brother, Louie; sisters, Alice,
Lena and Flora.

Joe is survived by his children, Janet Domenico (Joe), Joey Cereghino (Teri),
Barbara Keswick-Priest (Al) and Eddie Cereghino (Linda); grandchildren, David Hill (Jannette), Danny Keswick, Brian Keswick (Kristen), Carrie Canepa (Al), Tammy Thwaite (Sam), Ryan Cereghino (Ann), Nick Cereghino, Marissa Cereghino; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Madison, and Brayden Hill, Bradley and Gregory Keswick, Jack Canepa, Oliver and Elliot Thwaite, and Mark and Katherine Cereghino.
