Jeffrey Lee Tobin, 55, a resident of the Milwaukie community died on November 29, 2010 at his home following a lengthy illness. Private Interment was held Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon. Jeffrey Lee Tobin was born July 19, 1955 in Portland, Oregon to the late Virginia M. Going and James D. Tobin. He was raised and educated in Oregon. Following his education he enlisted in the US Navy. Survivors include his brother, Chris Tobin of Portland, sister, Madeline Kuder of Oak Grove, Oregon as well as many nieces and nephews."",
