James Theodore ""J.T."" Hansky

James Theodore Hansky passed away peacefully on 5/1/2016 at Parkside Adult Care Home in Milwaukie. Mr. Hansky was born 2/10/1927 in Portland, Oregon to Adam A. Hansky and Susie J. Penarsky - Hansky. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife of 50 years Tanya Gorton Hansky, sister Helen Dunis, sister Eleanor Reini, daughter Sandra \u0026quot;Sam\u0026quot; Hood and son-in-law Larry Stebbeds. Mr. Hansky is survived by his daughter Jana Cooley and her husband Terry Cooley Jr. of Milwaukie, his daughter Tonya of Portland, grandchildren Shawn and Sherrie Meadors of Vancouver, Holly Hood and Miles TeSelle of Portland, Stacie Hood of Grand Cayman B.W.I., Darcy Hood and Donald Forsythe of Portland, Jasmin Acker of Gladstone, Jesse and Micha Sweeney-Cooley of Austin, Texas and Desire\u0027e Cooley and Derek Paul of Clackamas, Great-grandchildren Robbie Meadors of Vancouver, Cillian and Wyatt Acker of Gladstone and baby girl Daetona who expected in August. A private burial was held at Willamette National Cemetery on May 5, 2016. The celebration of life open house will be held at 4407 SE Roethe Road in Milwaukie, OR. in the clubhouse on Sunday May 22nd at 2:00 P.M. All are welcome.
