Hans Walter Juhr

A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, October 10, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. inside St. John the Baptist Catholic Church for Hans Walter Juhr who passed away October 5, 2008 at age 86. Recitation of the Rosary will be Thursday, October 9, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Church. Hans was born November 25, 1921 in Eureka, South Dakota. He moved to Oregon as a Young Child and lived in the Portland/ Milwaukie area most of his life. He graduated from Milwaukie High School in 1939. He joined the U.S. Navy in December of 1941 and was given an Honorable Discharge in December of 1945. He married his Wife Anita Margaret Mary Salmen August 17, 1946. She passed away in February of 2001. Hans is lovingly survived by his 4 children: Jerry Juhr, Judi White, Diane Rumage, and Nancy Emery, He is also survived by a Brother Jim Juhr, and Sister Helen Goldhammer.
