Frank Howard Caldwell May 4, 1936 - July 11, 2013 Frank passed away on July 11, 2013 from complications of Parkinson\u0027s disease. He was born in Newberg, Oregon, to Frank and Audrey Caldwell, moving to Milwaukie at an early age. Frank attended Milwaukie Grade School, Milwaukie High School, and Portland State University. He married his high school sweetheart, Marlene Nelson, in 1957. Survivors include his wife; daughter Shari Novobilski (Louis), grandson Matthew; daughter Theresa Rogan (Perry), grandsons Perry and Jeffrey, and great grandson Keliikona; sisters Lucille Bloedel and Lynette Meier; brothers Robert and Jack; several nieces and nephews. As a C.P.A., Frank was an auditor for the Division of Audits, State of Oregon, retiring after thirty years of service. He enjoyed coaching softball for the Milwaukie Diamonds A.S.A. Girls\u0027 Softball Team for twenty years. Frank\u0027s favorite past time was coaching girls\u0027 softball and golfing, but most of all, he was an avid fisherman who loved spending time on the river with his friends and family. Frank will be deeply missed by all of his family, friends, and ball players.
