Francis Y ""Pete"" Peterson

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 11, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. inside Milwaukie Elks Lodge for Francis \u0026quot;Pete\u0026quot; Peterson who passed away July 8, 2008 at age 81. Pete was born January 26,1927 in Danville, Illinois. He served in the United States Army during the years of 1945-1947. He worked as a Accounting Manager for Kaiser Permanente. He retired from Kaiser in 1990. He married his 4th wife Betty Hartgrove in 1999. Pete was a 50 year member of the Star Lodge AF\u0026amp;AM, Honorary life Member of the Milwaukie Elks Lodge #2032. Served as Past Exalted Ruler and Past District Deputy, Past Grand Exalted Ruler. Emeritus Life Institute of Management Accountants(Portland Chapter. Past President of Private and Fraternal Organizations of Oregon. He is survived by his wife Betty Peterson, two sons Charles and Jeffrey Peterson, 3 Stepdaughters: Kay Hartgrove, Marcia Archer, and Joan O\u0027Brien,12 Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first 3 wives:Toshiko Patricia Sasaki, Betty Jane Birch, and Virginia McCrackin.
