Forrest Michael Brouillard died February 22,2017 unexpectedly at his home in Portland, Oregon. Forrest was born June 28, 1954 in Portland, Oregon to Harold and Ruth Fox Brouillard. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Ruth, his sister Darlene Brouillard, his brother-in-law Gordon Graham. Forrest attended St. Charles Catholic Grade School, Madison High School and University of Portland. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Forrest enjoyed sports and played baseball and basketball in high school and on Portland City League teams. He was a life long Cubs fan and overjoyed to see them win the World Series. At the U of P, he threw the discus and the hammer. He continued throwing the hammer in Master events for several years. Compassion for others and wanting to make the world a better place for those with mental illness, Forrest began a career in the mental health field. After marrying in1996, he moved to Tuscan, AZ. He returned to Portland after his divorce in 2000. He joined Cascadia Behavorial Healthcare working there until his early retirement due to health issues in 2015. Forrest is survived by his sisters Ruth Graham, Suzette Brouillard, numerous cousins and his close friend Leslie Bishop. A Celebration of Life will be held for Forrest on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at St.Therese Catholic Church, 1260 NE 132nd Ave, Portland, Oregon from 12 noon to 3:00 pm."",
