Evelyn Thomas Buckner was born May 11, 1928 in Yamhill, Oregon to Walter \u0026amp; Elda Thomas. She worked as an administrative Assistant for 10 years. She married Ralph Buckner in 1949, he died in 2002. She is survived by two daughters; Leslie Angel and Rhonda Buckner.
