Former Oak Grove resident Elsie M Skoog, 89, died Monday, August 12, 2013. Mrs. Skoog was born October 16, 1923, in El Dorado, KS. She moved to Oregon after meeting her husband, Don Skoog whom she married in 1948. Mrs. Skoog is survived by daughter Nancy Barkley of Seattle, WA, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Don Skoog and daughter Sue McCreadie. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Tuesday, August 20 at Peake Memorial in Milwaukie."",
