Dorothy was born September 10, 1935 in Denver, Colorado to Marion and Carmen Whatley, Jr. She enjoyed bingo, spending time with family, cats and being outdoors. Loving mother of Barbara, Daniel, Sandra, Robert, John, Patrick, Frank Jr., Michael, Betsey, Rod and Kim; sister of Raymond and Frank; grandmother of 33 and great grandmother of 22. A Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 15th at Stehn Family Chapels Milwaukie Tribute Center, Milwaukie, OR followed by interment at River View Cemetery, Portland, OR. Those wishing may visit from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 14th at Stehn Family Chapels. In lieu of flowers the family suggests remembrances to Milwaukie Elks Lodge #2032 or American Legion Post #180 in care of the funeral home.
