Donald Jack Fromm, known affectionately as Fuzzy, passed away on February 5, 2024. Born on August 5, 1949, he was the son of Clinton & Virginia Fromm. Fuzzy grew up in Portland, OR alongside his brothers, Richard, Dennis, and Paul Fromm.
Fuzzy graduated from David Douglas High School in 1967 and served in the Marine Corp for 18 months. He earned a Purple Heart and received a Dress Blue Uniform award for the highest order of skill and professional knowledge out of 280 recruits.
In 1977, he married his loving wife, Linda, and together, they raised two daughters. He was a very devoted husband and father. In his younger years, Fuzzy played rugby and went on to be an avid dart player. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, and hanging out with his family and friends.
He is survived by wife, Linda; daughters, Sara, Chrissy and husband, Dan; brother, Dennis and wife, Marcia; grandchildren, Natalie & Mason; nephew, Elliott; niece, Emilee; and many great friends!
A Cemetery Service with full Military Honors will be 11:30 a.m., Friday, February 23, 2024, at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, Oregon.
