David \u0026quot;Butch\u0026quot; Lewis Neely passed away Wednesday, April 23,2008 of Liver Failure at age 59. A Graveside service will be held Friday, May 9, 2008 in Willamette National Cemetery at 3:00 P.M. Butch was born September 26,1948 in Long Beach, California.Butch was a resident of Milwaukie for about 12 years. Before living in Milwaukie he lived all over the Portland area over the passed 35 years. He was in the U.S. army during Vietnam and served from April of 1968 to June of 1970. While in the service, he received a National Defense Service Medal, a Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Purple Heart. Butch Married his long time companion, Kathy Wood, in 2004. He worked as a self employed Painter. Survivors include his Wife Kathy, Sons Joseph and Josh Neely, a brother, John Neely, a sister, Judy Spargo and 2 grandchildren. Remembrances can be made to St. Jude Children\u0027s Hospital."",
