Daniel James Conroy Polhamus Daniel James Conroy Polhamus, infant son, was born early Saturday morning, February 12, 2011 at Emanuel Hospital in Portland. He died several hours after his birth. Memorial Services will be held Friday, February 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Peake Funeral Chapel, 1925 SE Scott Street, Milwaukie, Oregon with Pastor Vic Dunton officiating. Private Cremation Rites have been held. DJ was not due to make his entrance into this world until early June. His time here was precious and short. He is survived by his parents; Wesley Polhamus and Cara Conroy of Molalla, a brother, Cayden Conroy, maternal grandparents, James Conroy and Christina Cox, paternal grandparents, Daniel and Charlene Polhamus, maternal great grand parents, Bill and Bea Conroy and paternal great grandmother, Mae Fleming, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
