Cynthia Marie Fox

Cynthia Marie was born in Portland, Oregon on January 22, 1952 to Bill and Ellen Speight, the third of 4 girls. As a toddler, the family moved to Milwaukie and she attended Milwaukie schools, graduating in 1970. She traveled to Europe after graduation and returned to marry her high school sweetheart, Pat Fox in 1974. They moved to Stone Mountain, GA and eventually to Eugene, OR. Their daughter, Tricia, was born in 1977 and son, Bryan soon after in 1979. Cindy worked in outside sales and merchandising in the retail industry. She loved her family, friends, job, bowling league, dogs, gardening, feeding the birds in her beautiful backyard, the coast and knew all the best casinos. She was an amazing cook and bowler. Survivors include her loving husband, Pat; daughter, Tricia; son, Bryan; granddaughter, Jayden; father, William Speight; sisters, Linda Carson and husband, Bill and Tracy Canright and husband, Walt. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ellen and sister, Lisa. Cindy was beautiful, strong, and hard working. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother and friend, and will be so very missed by all. Her mother and sister, Lisa will welcome her home. A Visitation will be 1 - 5 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2013 with a Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2013 at Stehn Family Chapels in Milwaukie, OR. Private interment will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park, Portland, OR.
