The world has lost a true angel. Cyndee Tobler/Wallis lost her battle with lung cancer on Sat April 27, 2013. Cyndee was born in Portland, Ore on July 17th 1952 and was adopted by Charlie and Saima Evans. Cyndee was raised in Portland and attended Franklin High School (Cindy Evans, class of 70). Cyndee enjoyed working with people, having worked for Fred Meyer\u0027s (shoe dept) for 20 years. Cyndee always went out of her way to help others in need. She would not think twice about helping a mother at a check-out counter with the bill or buying a pair of shoes for a child and telling the mother it was free cause there was a mild defect in them (when there wasn\u0027t). She opened her heart and home to troubled teens being a foster parent to many troubled teenage girls. She would help adopted children find their real parents. Cyndee spent 10 years searching for her real family and at the age of 27 found them, only to find out they lived 100 blocks away. Cyndee would always meet you with a wide smile, open arms, and great advice. Cyndee is survived by her Birth Mother, Dollie, Her sisters Darlene, Linda and brother Jerry, all of Portland Her two children, Randy Tobler of Chehalis and Trisha Tobler of Clackamas. Plus, the loves of her life, her grandchildren, Chelsea, Joshua, and Ricky who meant everything to her as well as Larry her boyfriend of 6 years and best friend Barb of 34 years."",
