Curtis Robert Sumpter was born on December 8, 1938 and passed away on October 12, 2012. He was born in Portland, Oregon and was the son of Robert Sterling Sumpter and Martha Sumpter. Curtis is survived by his spouse, Carol Duncan Sumpter of 42 years and their children Jeffrey and David Sumpter.
