Carl is a former resident of Portland, and has been a Milwaukie Resident since 1952. He attended Benson High School and Served as a United States Merchant Marine during World War II. He was a proud member of the Masons, Elk\u0027s Club, and was a past president of the Pacific NW American foundry men\u0027s Association. He is lovingly Survived by his wife Elsie, his 4 Sons: Robert Mattson, James Mattson,Douglas Mattson, and Thomas Mattson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
