Audrey Florence O'Dell

Audrey Florence O\u0027Dell was born Audrey Granes in Chicago, Illinois on August 20th, 1926. She passed away peacefully on November 28th, 2018. She grew up in wheat country in Montana and Saskatchewan, surrounded by the large Siggelkow family. During the war she moved to Portland, Oregon and lived there the rest of her life. She wed the joy of her life, Ron O\u0027Dell, in 1960 and they were happily married until his death in 2016. She always worked full-time outside the home in administrative and bookkeeping capacities, not retiring until age 75. She was always busy taking care of her home and family, and was an expert knitter and tatter and avid reader. She met Ron bowling and bowled into her late 80s, having a high game of 288. She loved C \u0026amp; W music and she and Ron loved to dance and entertain friends. She embraced the role of grandmother to her two grandsons and often hosted large Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
