Alvin Waldemar Grahn

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 29, 2008, at 9 A.M inside Peake Funeral Chapel for Alvin Waldemar Grahn who passed away September 23, 2008 at age 91. Alvin is a former resident of Woodburn, Oregon but most recently resided in Milwaukie, Oregon. Alvin was born December 21, 1916 in Roseau, Minnesota. He married his Wife, Norma Bruns in 1942. He was in the U.S. Navy from 1937-1957 and was a Chief Electronics Technician. After Retirement from the Navy, he went on to be an Electronics Instructor at Portland Community College. He is lovingly survived by 4 Children: Vic Grahn, Bill Grahn, Robyn Belozer, Rosanna Jakobson. He is also survived by his Brother Norris Grahn,Sister Muriel Cole, 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Memorial Contributions can be made to Shriner\u0027s Children hospital. Following the services at Peake, A Former Funeral procession will follow to Willamette National Cemetery for his Military Honors Service and Interment."",
