Alice Mae Pierce

Alice Mae Pierce (Huwaldt) was born on June 12th, 1928 in Randolph, Nebraska. When Alice was a young girl the Huwaldt family moved to Oregon where she graduated from Milwaukie High School. After high school, Alice worked at Wilhelm Trucking Company where she met and fell in love with co-worker Delos Charles Pierce, leading to their marriage on December 20, 1947. Alice was a stay-at-home mother and avid gardener, knitter, and seamstress. Alice is survived by her daughters Karen Thompson and Barbara Pierce, son Douglas Pierce, five grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. We will all miss her greatly."",
